Land taken for an Automatic-telephone Exchange in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 33·41 perches. Being part Lots 20 and 21, D.P. 1932, being part Section 7, Evans Bay District.
Situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 21636.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126845, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of April, 1948.

Land taken for Post and Telegraph Purposes in the Borough of Morrinsville

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 0·1 perches. Being Lot 4 on D.P. 34938, being part of a subdivision of portion Motumaho No. 2 Block, Maungakawa Survey District, and being the residue of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 187, folio 109 (Auckland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of April, 1948.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of water-power (Edendale Substation); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the portion of public reserve set apart: 3 acres 1 rood 2 perches.
Being part Section 11 (E.R.), Block II, Town of Edendale (Southland R.D.). (S.O. 5620.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121222, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
