ALL that area containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being Reserve 4527 (formerly Lot 1, on Deposited Plan 12879), situated in Block XVI, Hororata Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-west by Boundary Road, 766·6 links; towards the north by part Rural Section 33942, 1004·5 links; towards the east by a public road, 973·6 links; and towards the south by other part of Rural Section 33942, 1604·5 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 19268A, deposited in Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section sixty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the moneys received in respect of the Howell's Point Domain, described in the First Schedule hereto, and at the date hereof lying to the credit of the said domain, a sum not exceeding twenty pounds shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving the Riverton Domain described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.—HOWELL'S POINT DOMAIN
SECTION 20, Block II, Jacobs River Hundred: Area, 35 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less.
Also all that area being portion of Sections 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, Block II, and Sections 46, 47, 48, Block I, Jacobs River Hundred, containing by admeasurement 70 acres, more or less, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the south-eastern boundary of Section 49 of said Block I three chains from high-water mark; thence towards the north by a right line to a point on the south-eastern boundary of said Section 47 three chains from high-water mark; thence by a right line to a point on the south-eastern boundary of said Section 28 three chains from high-water mark; thence by a right line to a point on the south-eastern boundary of said Section 26 three chains from high-water mark; and thence by a right line to a point on a road forming the north-eastern boundary of said Section 22 eight chains from high-water mark; thence towards the north-east by the aforesaid road to high-water mark; towards the south by the high-water mark of Foveaux Strait; and towards the west by Section 49 aforesaid to the starting-point.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for a drill-shed site:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for a public-school site:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a drill-shed site to a reserve for a public-school site.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve duly set apart for a site for a rifle range:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for recreation purposes:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of that portion of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a site for a rifle range to a reserve for recreation purposes.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for post-office purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

ALL that area situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, containing by admeasurement 35·7 perches, more or less, being Lot 13 on a plan lodged in the Deeds Registry Office at Auckland under No. 452, being part of Allotment I of Section 17, Suburbs of Auckland, and being the balance of the land described in Deeds Index 19A 371 (Auckland Registry). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/3/518, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
