PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for street.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land permitted to be taken: 39·9 perches.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 11th day of February, 1947

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section one hundred and twelve of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Masterton County, known as the Te Maipi Farm Settlement Road, commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 4, Block XVI, Otahoua Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction generally adjoining Section 3, Block XIII, Rewa Survey District, and Sections 4 and 2, Block XVI, Otahoua Survey District, and terminating at its intersection with Motukai Road on the northern boundary of Section 2, Block XVI, Otahoua Survey District, being a distance of 41½ chains, more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124845, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
