In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of THE SUPERIOR OIL COMPANY, a company incorporated according to the laws of the State of California, United States of America.
NOTICE is hereby given that The Superior Oil Company, a company incorporated according to the laws of the State of California, United States of America, will cease to have a place of business in New Zealand at the expiration of three months from the date of the first publication of this notice.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of WADES FURNISHERS AND AUCTIONEERS, LIMITED (in Liquidation).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of Wades Furnishers and Auctioneers, Limited, duly convened and held at the registered office of the company, National Bank Chambers, Jackson Street, Petone, on Tuesday, the 11th day of February, 1947, the following special resolutions were duly passed :-
“ 1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.”
“ 2. That RALPH VINCENT JONES, of Wellington, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company for the purpose of such winding up.”
