Fish-liver Oil Industry
Karitane Products Society, Ltd., Wellington, has applied for permission to transfer the licence held by it to a company to be formed in New Zealand on behalf of an English company.
Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application should, not later than 4th December, 1947, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit
Morrison’s Taxis, Ltd., Pretoria Street, Lower Hutt, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from two pumps installed at the company’s premises in Pretoria Street, Lower Hutt, sales to be limited to shareholders and operators in the company.
Wairewa Co-operative Dairy Co., Ltd., Little River, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit otherwise than through a pump from the Christchurch depot of the Shell Co. of N.Z., Ltd.
G. B. Motors, Ltd., King Street, Opotiki, has applied for permission to shift one pump used for the sale of motor-spirit from the present site 120 ft. back from the footpath in King Street to a new position 7 ft. from the footpath and to install an additional pump.
J. D. Taylor and R. Walker (by D. G. Taylor, Barrister and Solicitor, Waitara), have applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at Urenui.
