SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that area containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being part Section 12, Block I, Invercargill Hundred, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the north-western boundary of Section 12, Block I, Invercargill Hundred, the said point being 200 links south-west of the north-eastern corner of the said Section 12; thence in a south-easterly direction on a bearing of 160° 49' a distance of 500 links; thence in a south-westerly direction on a bearing of 250° 49' a distance of 200 links; thence in a north-westerly direction on a bearing of 340° 49' a distance of 500 links to the Invercargill-Gore State Highway; thence in a north-easterly direction along the said highway a distance of 200 links to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid distances a little more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/1537, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Revoking the Reservation over a Reserve in Village of Atuaroa, Auckland Land District

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for a site for a public pound over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

Directing Application of Moneys received in respect of the Papatotara Domain, Southland Land District, for the Purposes of the Tuatapere Domain

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section sixty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the moneys received in respect of the Papatotara Domain, described in the First Schedule hereto, and at the date hereof lying to the credit of the said domain, a sum not exceeding one hundred and ten pounds shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving the Tuatapere Domain described in the Second Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

George New Richards,
Alfred Allen, and
Lloyd George Shepherd,
to be the Broadlands Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the twenty-fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Broadlands hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road in the Auckland Land District, Waipa County, known as the Whatauri Farm Settlement Road, commencing at the southern terminal of the Wharepapa Farm Settlement Road and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally adjoining part Lot 1, D.P. 31779, being part Section 3, Block II, Wharepapa Survey District, and Sections 39, 43, 44, 45, and 46, Block II, Wharepapa Survey District, and terminating on the north-western boundary of Wharepuhunga No. 16B 3B 3A Block, approximately 953 links from the south-western corner of the aforesaid Block, being a distance of 93 chains, more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126317, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Revoking the Declaration of a Main Highway and declaring a Public Highway to be a Main Highway

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by section three of the Main Highways Act, 1922, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that on and after the date of publication of this Order in Council in the Gazette the main highway described in the First Schedule hereto shall cease to be a main highway, and doth further declare that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be a main highway within the meaning and for the purposes of the Main Highways Act, 1922.
