A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road in Block IX, Waimata Survey District, and Blocks IV and VIII, Waikohu Survey District—viz., a deviation of the Gisborne-Whakatane via Waioeka Main Highway (Ormond-Te Karaka section) shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
Commencing at a point on the existing Gisborne-Whakatane via Waioeka Main Highway approximately 3 chains south-west of the north-western corner of Lot 19 (D.P. 1894), part Ruangarehu No. 1 Block, Block IX, Waimata Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction; thence in a westerly direction; thence in a northerly direction and thence in a westerly direction

Land proclaimed as Street in the Borough of Tauranga

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Crown Land set apart as a Permanent State Forest

A PROCLAMATION
By virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.
SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.—WESTLAND CONSERVANCY
All that area in the Westland Land District, Westland County, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood 11·4 perches, more or less, being Reserve 1877, Block XV, Mawheraiti Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 120/42, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of November, 1947.

As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 204/55, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Otago plan S.O. 9288.)
