With reference to the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 53, dated 1st August, 1946, relative to the posting to the Retired List of Colonel (Acting Brigadier) T. J. King, C.B.E., for “ Dated 19th April, 1946,” substitute “Dated 2nd October, 1946.”

THE ROYAL N.Z. ARMY DENTAL CORPS

Lieutenant (temp. Major) D. E. Hart is granted a short-service commission for a period of one year as from Ist April, 1947, in the rank of Captain, with seniority from lst April, 1947, and is granted the temporary rank of Major whilst holding the appointments of Principal Dental Officer, Northern Military District, and Officer Commanding No. 1 Royal N.Z. Army Dental Corps Depot. Dated 1st April, 1947.

Major and Quartermaster J. W. Fletcher, M.B.E., is posted to the Retired List. Dated 11th October, 1947.
