A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the residence-site licence in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Mary Twomey, of Greymouth, Spinster, and John McSherry, of Greymouth, Saddler, is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the residence-site licence is taken: 2 roods 0·7 perches.
Being Section 434 and part Sections 432 and 430 and Crown land, Town of Greymouth.
