SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE PONGAKAWA RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Whakatane, Tauranga, and Rotorua Counties, bounded by a line commencing at the confluence of the Rangitaiki River and the sea, and running in a southerly direction generally to and along the western bank of that river to the Rotorua-Waikaremoana Road near Murupara: thence north-westerly generally along the north-east side of that road, to and across a public road, and along the north-west side of the last-mentioned public road to the south boundary of Karatia Part 3B 2A 2 Block; thence along the south and north-western boundaries of that block, the western boundaries of Karatia Part 3B 2B, 3A, Part 3B 2B, 3B 1D, 3B 1C, 3B 1B, 3B 1A, 2A, 2B 1, 2B 2, 2B 3, 1B 2B, Part 1B 2A, 1B 1, Part 1B 2A, 1A 2, and 1A 1 Blocks, Section 1, Block V, Galatea Survey District, Rangipo, and Rangipo No. 1 Blocks to the Ngatamawahine Stream; thence westerly generally along that stream to a point due south of the south-east corner of Section 2, Block II, Kaingaroa Survey District (Te Rere Trig. Station), along a right line to the aforementioned corner, along the south boundary of the aforesaid Section 2 and Section 2, Block I, Kaingaroa Survey District, along part of the east and south-west boundaries of 5B 1, the south-western boundary of Part 5B 4B and that boundary produced across a public road, along the south-western boundaries of other Part 5B 4B, 5B 5B, and 5B 5A, all being of a subdivision of Rotomahana-Parekarangi Block; thence along the east and north boundaries of Rotomahana-Parekarangi Part No. 6R 2 Block and Paeroa Part 1A West Block (State forest—Gazette, 1929, page 231), the north boundary of Section 8, Block III, Paeroa Survey District, the south-east and south-west boundaries of Rotomahana-Parekarangi 6P 2B Block, and part of the south-eastern boundary of Section 8, Block XV, Tarawera Survey District, to the north-eastern side of the Rotorua-Waiotapu Road; thence along the said north-eastern side to the south-western corner of Section 4, Block X, Tarawera Survey District; thence along the western boundary of that section, and a right line being its production to the south-eastern shore of Lake Rotokakahi; thence along the said south-eastern and the north-eastern shores of that lake, the western side of Wairoa Road, and the eastern and northern shores of Lake Tikitepu, to and along the south-western and north-western boundaries of Rotomahana-Parekarangi No. 6L 2B 1 Block, the south-western side of Wairoa Road aforesaid, to and along the southern, western, and northern boundaries of Rotomahana-Parekarangi No. 6L 2B 3 Block, the south-western side of the said Wairoa Road, and the southern side of the Rotorua-Whakatane Road, to and down the right bank of the Puarenga Stream, along the eastern shores of Lake Rotorua, to and along the northern bank of the Ohau Stream and the western shores of Lake Rotoiti, to and along the eastern side of the Okere or Kaituna River to a point on the eastern side of that river where it is crossed by the southern side of the road forming the northern boundary of Section 15, Block VII, Maketu Survey District; thence in an easterly direction generally along that boundary to and across the Te Ngae-Paengaroa Main Highway; thence along that highway to its junction with the old Te Puke-Whakatane Coach Road in the Village of Paengaroa; thence along that old Coach Road through the Village of Pongakawa to and across the Otamarakau or Waitahanui Stream in Block IV, Waihi South Survey District; thence along the eastern side of that stream to the sea; thence along the seashore to the point of commencement.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Richmond Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said street (as shown on the plan referred to in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of forty-eight feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street off Waverley Street in the Nelson District, Borough of Richmond, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 2·1 perches, more or less, being part of Part 11 of Section 26, Waimea East, Block VII, Waimea Survey District (D.P. 553). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125965, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Peter Street and the Western Side of Portion of College Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of September, 1947
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the eighteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, viz.:
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the undermentioned portions of streets, viz.:
“ (a) The eastern side of the portion of Peter Street adjoining Lots 16, 17, and 18, Block I, Deeds Plan 93, Township of St Andrews, such land being comprised and described in Certificate of Title 125/96;
“ (b) The western side of the portion of College Street adjoining Lots 31 and 32, Deeds Plan 46, Township of St. Andrews, such land being comprised and described in Certificate of Title 42/158 ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Peter Street or the western side of the portion of College Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE
THE eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Peter Street, fronting Lots 16, 17, and 18, Block I, Deeds Plan 93, Town District.
Also the western side of all that portion of street in the said land district and city, known as College Street, fronting Lots 31 and 32, Deeds Plan 46, Township of St. Andrews.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126013, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Consenting to the Raising of a Loan of £900 by the Whangarei Borough Council and prescribing the Conditions thereof

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the Whangarei Borough Council (hereinafter called the said local authority) proposes, pursuant to the terms of a requisition issued under section twenty-two of the Health Act, 1920, to raise a loan of nine hundred pounds (£900), to be known as “Cemetery Extension Loan, 1947” (hereinafter called the said loan), for the purpose of providing for the extension of the public cemetery at Whangarei by the purchase of a contiguous area of land of approximately eight acres:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section eleven of the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, as set out in section twenty-nine of the Finance Act, 1932 (No. 2), and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby consent to the raising in New Zealand by the said local authority of the said loan for the said purpose up to the amount of nine hundred pounds (£900), and in giving such consent doth hereby determine as follows:
(1) The term for which the said loan or any part thereof may be raised shall not exceed ten (10) years.
(2) The rate of interest that may be paid in respect of the said loan or any part thereof shall be such as shall not produce to the lender or lenders a rate exceeding three pounds five shillings (£3 5s.) per centum per annum.
(3) The said loan or any part thereof shall be repaid by the annual redemption of debentures in the years set out in the first column of the Schedule hereunder of the amounts stated opposite each such year in the second column of the said Schedule.
