A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land in Block XI, Paekakariki Survey District, for Better Utilization

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the fifteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 15 of the twentieth day of the same month, at page 326, taking land in Block XI, Paekakariki Survey District, for better utilization, in so far as it affects the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, such land being no longer required.

SECOND SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land no longer required: 2 roods 22·6 perches.

Being Lots 33, 34, and 35, D.P. 9622, being part Section 110, Porirua District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 511, folio 147 (Wellington Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of September, 1947.
