Additional Land taken for a Public Works Depot in the Borough of Gisborne

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Public Works depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the second day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 1 acre 2 roods 21·33 perches.

Being part Wai-o-hi-harore 1A Block.

Situated in the Borough of Gisborne (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4413.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126146, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of September, 1947.

Land taken for Electric Works in the City of Dunedin

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electric works and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 35·13 perches.

Being Lot 8, and parts Lots 7, 9, 10, 11, and 12, Block IV, Deeds Plan 128, being part Section 15, Block VII, Town District.

Situated in the City of Dunedin (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9571.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125994, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of September, 1947.

Being part Sections 74 and 76, Omaka.

Situated in Block XIV, Cloudy Bay Survey District (Marlborough R.D.). (S.O. 3888.)

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126147, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
