NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

To whom it may concern :

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore existing between VICTOR LESLIE BREGMEN, of Tuopo, Contractor, and LEONARD HUGH ROBERTS, of Taumarunui, Engineer, carrying on business at Taupo and elsewhere in the name or style of " Bregmen and Roberts," has been dissolved as from the 1st day of September, 1947.

All monies owing to and accounts owing by the partnership must be paid and rendered to Mr. B. H. Pearce, Public Account- ant, Tutankai Street, Rotorua, on behalf of the partnership within fourteen days from the date of this notice.

The said Victor Leslie Bregmen, of Tuopo, Contractor, will continue to carry on the business and the said Leonard Hugh Roberts, of Taumarunui, will continue to carry on the business of engineering workshops, each under their own respective names at the same respective addresses.

NOTICE OF CHANGE OF SURNAME

I, DELL ALFRED REUBEN LITTLE, of Feilding, Company Manager, hitherto known by the name of Dell Alfred Reuben Butler, hereby give notice that on the 26th day of August, 1947, I renounced and abandoned the use of my said surname of Butler and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Little ; and further, that such change of name is evidenced by a deed dated the 26th day of August, 1947, duly executed by me and attested and filed in the Supreme Court at Palmerston North.

THE liquidator of the Paparoa Coal Company, Limited, which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 15th day of October, 1947, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 258 of the Companies Act, 1933, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

Increasing postage, 1d.

Supplementary and Extraordinary Gazettes issued for 8 pages and not exceeding 32 pages, 9d., including postage ; over 8 pages and not exceeding 16 pages, 3d. per page ; over 16 pages, 1d. per page.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertions.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o'clock of the day preceding publication.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS

UNDER the Regulations Act, 1936

Statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements :—

(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) sub- scription 30s. per annum in advance.

(2) Annual volumes, including index bound in buckram, 25s.

(3) Serial volumes for years 1941 and 1942 are out of print ; and 1938, 1939, 1940, and 1943 volumes, as in (1) and (2) above, combined subscription basis, 42s. per annum in advance.

(4) Separate regulations as issued.

The price of each regulation is printed thereon, facilitating the purchase of extras copies.

Orders on the subscription basis should be placed now with the Government Printer, Wellington. Separate copies may be purchased at the Chief Post-offices at Auckland, Christchurch, or Dunedin.
