Appointment of Deputy District Public Trustee
NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of the power and authority vested in me by section 3 of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1921–22, I, the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand, have appointed Gordon Charles Blake, of the Public Trust Office, Dannevirke, to be deputy of the District Public Trustee, Dannevirke, during the absence of such District Public Trustee from his headquarters from any cause, and all previous Warrants appointing any deputy of the said District Public Trustee have been revoked.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the lands described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 30th day of August, 1937, and published in Gazette No. 59 of the 2nd day of September of the same year, at page 2107, whereby the said lands were, inter alia, declared to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such lands are hereby excluded from the Rakautatahi Development Scheme.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 30th day of September, 1937, and published in Gazette No. 67 of the 7th day of October of the same year, at page 2290, whereby the said land was declared to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such land is hereby excluded from the Whangaehe Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Aotea Native Land Court District, containing 2 roods, more or less, situate in Block XIV, Ikitara Survey District, and called or known as part Rakautaua 1A 2b, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 442, folio 125.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 12th day of May, 1931, and published in the Gazette No. 37 of the 14th day of the same month, at page 464, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23 of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1929 (now Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Kawhia Development Scheme.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 11th day of May, 1933, and published in Gazette No. 37 of the 18th day of the same month, at page 1373, whereby the provisions of section 522 of the Native Land Act, 1931 (now Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Ruatoki Development Scheme.
