Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Block IV, Takahue Survey District, Mangonui County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:—
A. R. P. Being
0 0 32 Part Section 8; coloured red.
1 3 31 Part Allotment S.W. 28, Parish of Kaiaka; coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 acres 1 rood 23 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotment S.W. 28, Parish of Kaiaka, and Section 6; coloured green.
All situated in Block IV, Takahue Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33889.)
All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125956, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of September, 1947.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 3·93 perches.
Being parts Lots 5 and 6 on D.P. 7914, being part Section 47, Hutt District.
Situated in Block IX, Belmont Survey District (City of Lower Hutt). (S.O. 21483.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126004, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of September, 1947.

Land taken for Street, and in Connection with Street-widening, in the City of Wanganui

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street-widening, and that the said parcels of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wanganui as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.
FIRST SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken for street: 8·52 perches.
Being part land in Proclamation 1751, being part Lot 5, Block IX, D.P. 2351, being part Section 77, Left Bank, Wanganui River; coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken in connection with street-widening: 18·79 perches.
Being part land in Proclamation 1751, being part Lot 5, Block IX, D.P. 2351, being part Section 77, Left Bank, Wanganui River; coloured orange.
All situated in Block I, Ikitara Survey District (City of Wanganui). (S.O. 21524.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125896, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
