Declaring certain Crown Land to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section five of the Native Purposes Act, 1939, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section five of the Native Purposes Act, 1939, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Land District of North Auckland, containing 275 acres, more or less, called or known as Section 87, Block IX, Waoku Survey District, and being all of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 448, folio 14 (Auckland Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of August, 1947.

The Coinage Proclamation, 1947

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section eight of the Coinage Act, 1933, and for the purposes of determining the dimensions, the designs, and the denominations, weights, and composition of cupro-nickel coins to be made and issued under the said Act, and the amount of the remedy to be allowed in the making thereof, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as follows :—
- This Proclamation may be cited as the Coinage Proclamation, 1947.
- There may be made and issued cupro-nickel coins of the denominations specified in the Schedule hereto.
- The designs and dimensions of the said cupro-nickel coins shall be the same as those set out in Part I of the Coinage Proclamation, 1939, in respect of silver coins.
- The composition and weights and the amount of the remedy to be allowed in the making of the said cupro-nickel coins shall be as specified in the Schedule hereto.
