CHANGE OF NAME OF COMPANY

NOTICE is hereby given that THE LEVIN DYING AND DRY CLEANING COMPANY, LIMITED, has changed its name to THE LEVIN DYEING AND DRY CLEANING COMPANY, LIMITED, and that the new name was this day entered on my Register of Companies in place of the former name.

Dated at Wellington, this 26th day of August, 1947.

UPPER HUTT BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1928

NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Upper Hutt require to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of a public work—namely, a street. Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the said land is open to inspection by all persons at the following place:—

The office of the Upper Hutt Borough Council, Upper Hutt.

All persons affected by such taking are hereby required to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the execution of such work or to the taking of such land, and to send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk, Upper Hutt Borough Council, Upper Hutt.

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land situated in the Borough of Upper Hutt, containing one rood twenty-seven decimal eight two perches (1 rood 27·82 perches), more or less, being part of Section 117 of the Hutt District, and being Lots 21 and 22 on Deposited Plan No. 13830, and being also part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Vol. 500, folio 284 (Wellington Registry).
