Revoking the Appointment of the Chairman of the Goods-service Charges Tribunal, and appointing a New Chairman
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (2)
and (3) of Regulation 3 of the Goods-service Charges Tribunal
Emergency Regulations 1943,* the Minister of Transport doth
hereby—
(1) Revoke the appointment of the Honourable Sir Francis
Vernon Frazer, of Wellington, as Chairman of the Goods-
service Charges Tribunal, pursuant to his wish to be
discharged from the said office:
(2) Appoint His Honour Judge Kendrick Gee Archer, of
Wellington, as Chairman of the Goods-service Charges
Tribunal for a term expiring on the 30th day of
September, 1947:
(3) Declare that the said revocation and the said appointment
shall respectively take effect on the 14th day of August,
1947.
