EDUCATION BOARD OF THE DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND

NOTICE UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1928

NOTICE is hereby given that the Education Board of the District of Auckland intends to take, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a public school, the following land, namely: All that piece of land situated in the Provincial District of Auckland containing seven (7) acres one (1) rood seventeen (17) perches, more or less, being Waimana Lot 266B No. 1, situated in Block I of the Whakatane Survey District, as the same is comprised in Partition Order of the 15th day of December, 1911.

A plan of the land is deposited in the post-office at Whakatane and is there open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours.

All persons affected are hereby required and called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, and to send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Education Board of the District of Auckland at its office in Wellesley Street, Auckland.

"1. That the company cannot continue its business profitably and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily;

"3. That the remuneration of the liquidator shall be fixed by the special general meeting."
