LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of loss of certificate of title, Vol. 771, folio 6 (Auckland Registry), for 4 acres 2 roods 23 perches, being part Lot 6, Deeds Plan No. C. 37, and being part of the Hinuera No. 2 Block, in the name of JOHN REGINALD ABBOTT, of Cambridge, Farmer, having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on 29th August, 1947.
