IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint Charles Anderson, James William Clevely, Herbert John Edwin Gunn, John Joseph Pinfold, Thomas Henry Robson, William George Ranson, and John Scheidt
to be the Bunnythorpe Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, at two o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Pavilion, Recreation-ground, Bunnythorpe, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of August, 1947 Present:
His ExCELLENcy THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Waimeha Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Waimeha Domain Board.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT ALL that area in the Horowhenua County, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 3 perches, more or less, situated in Block V, Kaitawa Survey District, being Lot 82 on Deposited Plan 7203, and being part of Subdivision 14A, Ngarara West A Block. At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of August, 1947 Present:
His ExCELLENcy THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for road purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the City of Auckland situated in Block IX, Rangi-toto Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 25 perches, more or less, being a road reserve shown as Lot 60 on the plan numbered 18394, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, being part of Allotment 15 of the District of Tamaki, and being part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 427, folio 156 (Auckland Land Registry). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/1107/1/12, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

His ExCELLENcy THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart for access-way purposes : And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata, in trust, for access-way purposes.
