NELSON LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County,
containing by admeasurement 3,416 acres 3 roods 18 perches, more
or less, being Sections 5 and 16, Block IV, and Section 24, Block VIII,
Tadmor Survey District, and Section 4, Block I, Section 2, Block V,
and Section 11, Block IX, Gordon Survey District. As the same
is more particularly delineated on plan No. 108/61, deposited in
the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 29th day of July, 1947.

Authorizing the Native Land Court to exercise Jurisdiction in the
matter of certain Crown Land set apart for Natives

At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of
July, 1947

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
P URSUANT to subsection one of section eighty of the Native
Purposes Act, 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
doeth hereby confer upon the Native Land Court jurisdiction to
make orders under the said section eighty in respect of the land
described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, situated in Blocks I
and V, Maramarua Survey District, and containing 608 acres,
more or less: Bounded towards the north by the Waikato River;
towards the north-east by Lot 78, Onewhero Parish; towards the
south-east, south, and south-west generally by a road, Lot 162,
Onewhero Parish, and the Oruarangi Creek; and to the west by
Allotment 2 of Lot 54, Onewhero Parish (being the land lastly
described in the Second Schedule to the Native Land Amendment
and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1927, and being all the
land shown in plan N.L. 14678, Auckland Land District).

Electric Lines in Portion of the County of Coromandel

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of
July, 1947

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, doth hereby authorize Richard Seddon
Goudie, of Colville, Storekeeper (hereinafter referred to as the
licensee), to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines
described in the Schedule hereto subject to the following conditions.
CONDITIONS

IMPLIED CONDITIONS
THE conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical
Supply Regulations 1935 shall be incorporated herein and shall form
part of this licence, except in so far as the same may be inconsistent
with the provisions hereof. -
LICENCE TO BE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS
The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the
licensee with the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935, the Electrical
Supply Regulations 1935, and the Radio Interference Regulations
1934, and with all regulations made or to be made in amplification
or amendment thereof or in substitution therefor. -
SYSTEM OF SUPPLY
The system of supply shall be direct current as described in
paragraph (d) of clause 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations -
DURATION OF LICENCE
Unless sooner lawfully determined, this licence shall continue
in force until the 31st day of March, 1968, or until electrical energy
is available from an Electric-power Board or other general public
source of supply, whichever is the earlier. -
CHARGES ON SALE
(1) The charge for electrical energy shall not exceed £1 per
annum for each point as defined in the Electrical Wiring Regulations -
(2) Payment shall not be demanded from any consumer at
intervals apart of less than twenty-one days.

SCHEDULE
LINES adapted for the supply of electrical energy as prescribed in
these presents commencing from the licensee's store building situated
in Moehau No. 3r, Section 2667A, Block V, Harataunga Survey
District, in the Land District of Auckland, and marked “B” on the
plan marked P.W.D. 125000, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Works at Wellington, and proceeding thence to other premises
situated in the said section and marked “A” on the said plan, and
to premises situated in Lot 5, Paraoraki Block, Block V, Harataunga
Survey District, and marked “C” and “D” respectively on the
said plan, and across the Colville-Coromandel Road to the licensee's
premises situated in Whiritoa Section 2481, Block V, Harataunga
Survey District, and marked “E” on the said plan, the said lines
being more particularly delineated by means of red lines and blue
lines on the said plan.

subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
P URSUANT to the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the
Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
authorize the Richmond Borough Council to permit the laying-off
of the proposed streets described in the Schedule hereto of a width
less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty feet, subject to the
condition (which condition shall not, however, apply to Lot 12,
D.P 3523, being part Section 80, Waimea East District) that no
building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the
!and fronting the said streets within a distance of forty-eight feet
from the centre-lines of the said streets.
SCHEDULE
THOSE proposed streets in the Nelson Land District, Borough of
Richmond, to be known as Florence Street, Herbert Street, and
D'Arcy Street, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 14 per-
ches, more or less, being part Sections 80 and 82, District of Waimea
East, and being also part of the land comprised and described in
Certificates of Title, Volume 54, folio 242, and Volume 56, folio 124.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 125139, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Maarama Crescent, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the
Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject
to a Condition as to the Building-line

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of
August, 1947
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
P URSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the
Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City
Council on the twelfth day of September, one thousand nine hundred
and forty-five, in so far as it affects the sides and portions of street
described in the Schedule hereto, viz. :—
“The Wellington City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to that part of the southern side of Maarama Crescent
fronting part Lot 20, D.P. 473, being the land in Certificate of
Title 84/192” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side
or the south-eastern side of the portions of Maarama Crescent
(described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three
feet from the centre-line of the said portions of street.
SCHEDULE
THE south-western side of all that portion of street situated in the
Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Maarama
Crescent, fronting part Lot 20, D.P. 473.
The south-eastern side of all that portion of the aforesaid
street fronting part Lot 20, D.P. 473, and part Section 1, Block XV,
Polhill Gully Native Reserve.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 125816, deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
