IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Dennis Walter Lawrence,
William Oscar Stewart,
John Reginald Heber Skelton,
Albert Joseph Battersby,
Ernest Edwin Brown,
Alfred Rodney Wintle,
Eric Mason,
Eric Hugo Bagnall, and
Richard Eric Tantrum

to be the Hakaru Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the twelfth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Hakaru Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—HAKARU DOMAIN
ALLOTMENT 125, Parish of Kaiwaka : Area, 5 acres 0 roods 17.1 perches, more or less.
Also Allotment 177, Parish of Kaiwaka : Area, 1 acre 0 roods 38 perches, more or less.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

David Lupton,
James David Newland,
William Fettes Alexander,
Walter Matthews, and
William Raymond Hunt

to be the Okotuku Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the fifteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, at half past three o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Waverley Town Board Meeting-room, Waverley, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—OKOTUKU DOMAIN
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 159 acres 3 roods 33 perches, more or less, situated in Block VI, Wairoa Survey District, being Section 140 and part of Section 338, Okotuku Registration District, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 7, folio 265, Wellington Registry, excepting thereout that part of the said Section 338 taken for railway purposes by Proclamation No. 34.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being part of Section 337, Okotuku Block, situated in Block VII, Wairoa Survey District : Bounded towards the north-west by railway reserve, 251.9 links ; towards the north-east and the south-east by the other part of the said Section 337, 876.8 links and 211.6 links respectively ; and towards the south-west by Section 338, 1013.5 links, being all the land in Certificate of Title, Volume 195, folio 181, in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 11.4 perches, more or less, situated in Block VI, Wairoa Survey District, being part of a closed road adjoining Lot 4, D.P. 2178, being part of Section 153, and also adjoining Section 338 of the Okotuku Registration District, and being the whole of the land comprised in Land Transfer Certificate of Title, Volume 398, folio 127.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the twenty-sixth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, and published in the Gazette of the fourth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, appointing a Domain Board to control the Tuatapere Domain, and doth hereby appoint

Roderick William Campbell,
Sydney Henry Reece,
Patrick Joseph Dolan,
James Stewart King,
William Faulkner,
James Nunn Clark Ballantyne,
John Albert Bennett, and
Charles Stuart McIntyre

to be the Tuatapere Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the eighteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the R.S.A. Rooms, Tuatapere, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.—TUATAPERE DOMAIN

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Melbourne Street and the North-eastern Side of Portion of Fingal Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of July, 1947
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the sixteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, viz. :—

"That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the undermentioned portions of streets, viz. :—

"(a) The south-eastern side of the portion of Melbourne Street adjoining Lot 24, D.P. 251, Block VII, Township of South Dunedin, being part Section 3, Block VII, Town District, such land being comprised and described in Certificate of Title 53/144 ;

"(b) The north-eastern side of the portion of Fingal Street adjoining Lots 21, 22, 23, and 24, D.P. 251, Block VII, Township of South Dunedin, being part Section 3, Block VII, Town District, such land being comprised and described in Certificates of Title 56/254, 53/258, 50/159, and 53/144" ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Melbourne Street or the north-eastern side of the portion of Fingal Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.

SCHEDULE
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Melbourne Street, fronting Lot 24, D.P. 251, Township of South Dunedin.

Also the north-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the said land district and city, known as Fingal Street, fronting Lots 21, 22, 23, and 24, D.P. 251, Township of South Dunedin.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125708, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
