Also all that parcel of land situated in Block XII, Rotorua Survey District, containing by admeasurement fourteen (14) acres and thirty-five (35) perches, more or less, being Okoheriki No. 2c Section 4c No. 1 Block, and being all of the land described in certificate of title, Vol. 713, folio 258 (Auckland Registry).

Also all that parcel of land situated in Block XII, Rotorua Survey District, containing by admeasurement thirty-four (34) acres one (1) rood and thirty (30) perches, more or less, being Okoheriki No. 2c Section 2 Block, and being all of the land described in certificate of title, Vol. 275, folio 261 (Auckland Registry).

Also all that parcel of land situated in Block XII, Rotorua Survey District, containing by admeasurement thirty-one (31) acres two (2) roods, more or less, being Okoheriki No. 2c Section 1 Block, and being all of the land described in certificate of title, Vol. 238, folio 154 (Auckland Registry).

The Servicemen's Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943.-Notice of Intention to take Land

THE Minister of Lands, acting in pursuance of section 24 of the Servicemen's Settlement and Land Sales Act, 1943, hereby gives notice of his intention to take the lands described in the Schedule hereto under Part II of the said Act, and specifies the 1st day of July, 1948, as the date on which possession of the land is required, and the 1st day of September, 1947, as the date on or before which objections may be made under section 25 of the said Act.

ALL that parcel of land situated in Blocks II and III, Te Atiamuri Survey District, containing by admeasurement ten hundred and ninety-eight (1,098) acres, more or less, being 'Lots 1 and 2, Deposited Plan 15486, being parts of Whakamaru-Maungaiti No. 2 Block, and being all of the land described in certificate of title, Vol. 350, folio 285 (Auckland Registry).

THE following resolution, passed by the Otorohanga County Council on the 7th day of July, 1947, is published in accordance with the provisions of section 7 (2) of the Noxious Weeds Amendment Act, 1934.

RESOLUTION

"THAT, in pursuance of the provisions of sections 7 and 8 of the Noxious Weeds Amendment Act, 1934, the Otorohanga County Council hereby assumes responsibility for the administration of the principal Act as from 21st July, 1947."
