WHEREAS by a Warrant dated the eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 15 of the fourteenth day of the same SCHEDULE month, Roy Lancaster, Esquire, Resident Engineer, Public Works Department, Nelson, was appointed a non-elective member of the Auckland Land District Nelson Catchment Board, in terms of section forty-four of the Section 45, Block XIII, Galatea Survey District : Area, 2 acres, Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act, 1941 ; more or less. (S.O. plan 33172.) and whereas the said Roy Lancaster has resigned from member- As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, ship of the said Board, and it is considered expedient to appoint this 27th day of January, 1947. another non-elective member in lieu of the said Roy Lancaster : C.
