Decisions of the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the authority conferred on the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936, the following decisions have been made in respect of applications for licences.

Tilbury Forwarding Co., Ltd., Dunedin For a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at 371 Cumberland Street, Dunedin; the pump concerned to be one at present licensed by Maiders Motors, Ltd., of 174-178 Andrew Street, Dunedin Declined 7th July, 1947.

A. Patterson, Awatoto, Napier For a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on store premises at Awatoto Declined 7th July, 1947.
H. G. Bennett, Huirangi, via Waitara For a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on store premises at Kelly Road, Huirangi Declined 7th July, 1947.

J. R. Hatton, Wood Street, Temuka For permission to change the site of his retail selling point from the present location in Wood Street to a new site outside premises in Vine Street Granted 7th July, 1947.
