Land proclaimed as Street in the City of Christchurch

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as street :—

0 0 16·3 Part Section 33, Tarawahi Hamlet, part Rural Section 98; coloured blue.
0 1 32 Part Section 34, Tarawahi Hamlet, part Rural Section 98; coloured orange.
Situated in the City of Christchurch (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7695.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125578, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of July, 1947.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes (line store, garage, and workshop); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood.
Being Sections 99 and 100, Town of Greymouth.
Situated in Block XII, Greymouth Survey District (Borough of Greymouth) Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4419.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124517, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of July, 1947.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a main highway depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.
