Declaring Portions of Railway Land at Huntly to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

7 1 32·8 Part Allotment 38, Pepepe Parish, in Proclamation 6310; coloured yellow.
0 1 12 Part Allotment 38, Pepepe Parish, in Proclamation 6310; coloured yellow.
7 1 23 Part Allotment 39, Pepepe Parish, in Proclamation 6310; coloured blue.
0 0 22·5 Part Lot 2, D.P. 18260, being part Allotment 40, Pepepe Parish, in Proclamation 6310; coloured yellow.
Situated in Block XV, Rangiriri Survey District, Borough of Huntly. (S.O. 33244.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 8804, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of July, 1947.

Additional Land at Tauraroa taken for the Purposes of the North Auckland Main Trunk Railway

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the North Auckland Main Trunk Railway.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 33 perches. Being part Allotment 54, Ruarangi Parish.
Situated in Block VIII, Tangihua Survey District, Whangarei County. (S.O. 34421.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 8872, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of July, 1947.

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of Road in Block III, Geraldine Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section two hundred and twenty-six of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which was reserved for railway purposes and is not now required for that purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Main Highways Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with: 2 roods 7·5 perches.
Being part Reserve 2844.
Situated in Block III, Geraldine Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7854.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125466, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of July, 1947.
