THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

The Clothing Rationing Coupon Notice 1947, No. 2

PURSUANT to the Rationing Emergency Regulations 1942,*
the Rationing Controller hereby gives the following
directions :

  1. This notice may be cited as the Clothing Rationing Coupon
    Notice 1947, No. 2.

  2. The Clothing Rationing Coupon Notice 1947 is revoked.

  3. The Clothing Rationing Coupon Notice 1944 (Gazette 8th
    June, 1944, Vol. II, page 698) is amended as follows :-

(a) That part of the Second Schedule relating to items described
as "Full-length hosiery" is revoked and the following substituted:-

"Circular, or mock fashioned, per pair .. .. 1"

(b) The Fourth Schedule is revoked and the following
substituted:-

  1. "X" coupon No. 301 and each half of "X" coupon No. 302
    are available for the supply of one pair of fully fashioned stockings
    of nylon, silk, art silk, or any mixture thereof.

Declaring Land to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment
Act, 1936

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act,
1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said
Act, and to be included in the Hauraki Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Native Land Court
District, containing 44 acres O roods 34 perches, more or less,
situate in Block V, Waitoa Survey District, and called or known
as Hoe-o-tainui North 2B 2.

Declaring Land to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment
Act, 1936

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act,
1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said
Act, and to be included in the Reureu Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land in the Aotea Native Land Court District,
containing 9 acres 3 roods 34 perches, more or less, situate in
Block I, Oroua Survey District, and called or known as Reureu 1
Section 17B 3.

Declaring Land to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment
Act, 1936

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act,
1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said
Act, and to be included in the Wharekahika Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land in the Tairawhiti Native Land Court District,
containing 87 acres, more or less, situate in Block IX, Matakaoa
Survey District, and called or known as Wharekahika 10A 2A.

Declaring Land to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment
Act, 1936

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act,
1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said
Act, and to be included in the Hokianga Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land in the Tokerau Native Land Court District,
containing 26 acres 0 roods 23 perches, more or less, situate in
Block XII, Mangamuka Survey District, called or known as Utakura
2D 10B 1, and being all of the land comprised and described in
certificate of title, Vol. 430, folio 205 (Auckland Registry).

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Native Land
Amendment Act, 1936

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land
Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby
revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto,
a certain notice dated the 11th day of May, 1942, and published
in Gazette No. 49 of the 14th day of the same month, at page 1411,
whereby the said land, inter alia, was declared to be subject to
Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such land
is hereby excluded from the Whangaehu Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land in the Aotea Native Land Court District,
containing 2 acres 0 roods 35 perches, more or less, situate in he
Ikitara Survey District, and called or known as part Rakautaua
la lc.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Native Land
Amendment Act, 1936

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land
Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby
revokes, so far as it affects the lands described in the Schedule
hereto, certain notices dated the 30th day of January, 1939, and
the 18th day of May, 1939, and published in Gazette No. 5 of the
2nd day of February, 1939, and No. 37 of the 25th day of May, 1939,
at pages 140 and 1607 respectively, whereby the said lands were,
inter alia, declared to be subject to Part I of the Native Land
Amendment Act, 1936, and such lands are hereby excluded from
the Waiapu Development Scheme.

THE following lands situate in the Tairawhiti Native Land Court
District :-
