Revoking a Proclamation taking Land for a Recreation Centre in Block VII, Piako Survey District, Hauraki Plains County

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twenty-second day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 76 of the thirty-first day of the same month, at page 1658, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 11942, taking land for a recreation centre.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of June, 1947.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto set apart for a Native school ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart : 4 acres 0 rods 32.5 perches.

Being part Section 27.

Situated in Block VIII, Opoe Survey District (Auckland R.D.).

In pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section two of the Native Housing Amendment Act, 1938, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Native Housing Act, 1935.

All those areas in Block III, Otanake Survey District, situated in Te Kuti Borough, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 2 rods 35.9 perches, more or less, being Allotment 10 and Lot 1 of Allot-ment 12, Block XXI, Allotment 20, Block XXIV, Allotments 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, Block XXV, Allotment 1, Block XXVII, and Lot 7 on the plan numbered 451, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, and being parts of Allotments 22 and 24, Block XVIII, Te Kuti Native Township, as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan numbered L. and S. 7/581/14, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and threon coloured red, edged red.
