Crown Land set apart as a Permanent State Forest

A PROCLAMATION
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.
SCHEDULE
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Taumarunui County, containing by admeasurement 4,631 acres, more or less, being Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block IX, Section 1, Block X, Sections 1 and 2, Block XIII, and Sections 1 and 2, Block XIV, Maungaku Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 53/7, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan S.O. 33370.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of June, 1947.

Additional Land taken for a Police-station in Block XVI, Kaitieke Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police-station; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 30·91 perches.
Being part Section 20 of Block V, Waimarino Township, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 283, folio 266 (Wellington Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of May, 1947.

Land taken for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Blenheim

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1·89 perches.
Being part Section 3, Omaka District (Borough of Blenheim).
Situated in Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District (Marlborough R.D.). (S.O. 3855.)
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124721, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of May, 1947.

In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125087, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of May, 1947.
