Notice of Members' Voluntary Winding Up
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933 and in the matter of THE PUPONGA SHIPPING COMPANY, LIMITED (in Voluntary Liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution was duly passed by the above-named company on the 28th day of May, 1947:-
"Resolved, as special resolution-
"(a) That the company be wound up voluntary;
"(b) That Mr. IAN COATES NEALE be and he is hereby appointed liquidator."
