A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street : 2 acres 2 roods 36·4 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 30695, being part Allotment 15, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland (Borough of One Tree Hill).
Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33909.)
In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124578, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of January, 1947.

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by subsection one of section eight of the Housing Amendment Act, 1940, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land subject to the Housing Act, 1919, to be Crown land available for reservation under the Land Act, 1924.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Borough of Pukekohe, situated in Block XV, Drury Survey District, containing by admeasurement 18·8 perches, more or less, being part of Allotment 69, Suburban Section 1, Parish of Pukekohe, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 772, folio 241 (Auckland Land Registry). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/1107/1/5, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. At the Government House at Wellington, this 15th day of January, 1947

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the First Schedule hereto forms part of a reserve duly set apart for an esplanade : And whereas it is expedient that the said land should be exchanged for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, which the Governor-General deems of equal value and more suitable for the purposes of the reserve :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section eight of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto may be exchanged for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
DESCRIPTION OF PART OF RESERVE AUTHORIZED TO BE EXCHANGED
Wellington Land District
ALL that area in the Hutt County, containing by admeasurement 12·64 perches, being part Lot 12 on D.P. 13030, and being part Ngarara West A, Subdivision 13, and accretion thereto : Bounded towards the north-east by Lot 4 on D.P. 13030 ; towards the south-east by Manly Street ; towards the south-west by Lot 5 on D.P. 13030 ; and towards the north-west by the other part Lot 12 on D.P. 13030. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 25/312/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
SECOND SCHEDULE
DESCRIPTION OF LAND TO BE OBTAINED IN EXCHANGE THEREFOR
Wellington Land District
ALL that area in the Hutt County, containing by admeasurement 11·7 perches, more or less, being part Lot 7 on D.P. 13030, and being part Ngarara West A, Subdivision 13, and accretion thereto : Bounded towards the south-west by Lot 1 on D.P. 11673, 240·44 links ; towards the north-west by part Lot 12 on D.P. 13030, 30·99 links ; towards the north-east by other part Lot 7 on D.P. 13030, 244·05 links ; and towards the south-east by Manly Street, 30·38 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 25/312/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Recreation Reserve in Nelson Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928

ORDER IN COUNCIL

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Nelson Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Wakefield Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Wakefield Domain Board.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing 11.5 perches, more or less, situated in the District of Waimea South, being part of Section VII, on the plan of the said district, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 23, folio 3 (Nelson Registry).

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for the purposes of public defence over the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Taupo County known as a Blockhouse Reserve, Te Haroto, being Section 3, Block IV, Pohue Survey District, containing by admeasurement 20 acres, more or less, bounded towards the north by part Te Haroto N.R. 2b 1 Block, and Section 5, Block IV, Pohue Survey District ; towards the east by Te Haroto Rural Section 1 ; towards the south by the said Te Haroto Rural Section 1 and a public road ; towards the west by Section 4 (Horse Paddock), Block III, Pohue Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/4738, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
