THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE [No. 27

Price Order No. 714 (Amending Price Order No. 580) (Milk-Gore)

Pursuant to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 714, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 580† (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of June, 1947.
The principal Order is hereby amended as follows:

(a) By omitting from the definition of “Gore Milk District” in clause 2 the words “five miles”, and substituting the words “eight miles”:

(b) By revoking the Schedule, and substituting the following Schedule:

“SCHEDULE

“MAXIMUM PRICES OF MILK AND CREAM SOLD IN THE GORE MILK DISTRICT TO SHOP DAIRIES, COMMERCIAL USERS, OR CONSUMERS

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 715, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 468† (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of June, 1947.
The principal Order is hereby amended by omitting from the definition of “Hawera Milk District” in clause 2 the words “one mile”, and substituting the words “five miles”.
