Price Order No. 701 (Amending Price Orders Nos. 309, 310, 311, and 677) (Jams)
PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 701, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Orders Nos. 309†, 310‡, 311§, and 677|| respectively (hereinafter referred to as the principal Orders).

This Order shall come into force on the 22nd day of May, 1947.

The principal Orders are hereby severally amended as follows:—
(a) By revoking the Schedule to Price Orders Nos. 309†, 310‡, and 311§, as set out in Price Order No. 676¶.
(b) By revoking the Schedule to Price Order No. 677||.
(c) By substituting in each case the following Schedule:—
