Price Order No. 701 (Amending Price Orders Nos. 309, 310, 311, and 677) (Jams)

PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:—

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 701, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Orders Nos. 309†, 310‡, 311§, and 677|| respectively (hereinafter referred to as the principal Orders).

  2. This Order shall come into force on the 22nd day of May, 1947.

  3. The principal Orders are hereby severally amended as follows:—

(a) By revoking the Schedule to Price Orders Nos. 309†, 310‡, and 311§, as set out in Price Order No. 676¶.

(b) By revoking the Schedule to Price Order No. 677||.

(c) By substituting in each case the following Schedule:—
