PURSUANT to section forty-one of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1945, and all other powers him enabling, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby authorize the disposition to and the acquisition by Reginald William Kebbell, of Alfredton, Sheep-farmer, of the lands described in the Schedule hereto, notwithstanding the provisions of Part XIII of the Land Act, 1924.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the assignment to William Rodney Pilmer, of Rakauroa, Sheep-farmer, by Alexander Macallan, of Strathallan, Rakauroa, Farmer, of his rights, powers, and privileges under an Order in Council dated the twenty-third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, and published in the Gazette on the twenty-eighth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, at page 54, authorizing the said Alexander Macallan to use water for the purpose of generating electricity and to erect certain electric lines.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE

ALL that portion of road in the Auckland Land District, Piako County, known as Waitoa Farm Settlement Road, commencing at its junction with No. 1 Road at the southern corner of Section 46, Block XI, Waitoa Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly and north-westerly direction adjoining Sections 46, 47, 50, 51, 52, and 53, Block XI, Waitoa Survey District, and terminating on the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 53 at its most southerly point, being a distance of approximately 78 chains. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125348, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
