A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as
road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road : 6 acres
1 rood 26·1 perches.
Being part Reserve 1198 (scenic).

Situated in Block IV, Waiho Survey District (Westland R.D.).

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more parti-
cularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123585, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of May, 1947.

All situated in Block VIII, Rangaunu Survey District (Auck-

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125021,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of May, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-seven.
