Declaring Portions of Railway Land at Maroa to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the
land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to
the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land :-

A. R. P.
4 3 2 Railway land in Proclamation 9580, being formerly
part Tatua East No. 3 Block ; coloured red.

Situated in Block IX, Ngongotaha Survey District, Taupo
County. (S.O. 29400.)

5 0 21 Part Tatua West Block in D.P. 589 ; coloured
sepia, edged sepia.

0 0 18·5 Part Tatua West Block in D.P. 516 ; coloured
orange, edged orange.

Situated in Block XIV, Te Ati-a-muri Survey District, Taupo
County. (S.O. 33092.)

In the Auckland Land District ; as the same are more parti-
cularly delineated on the plans marked L.O. 5079 and L.O. 8470,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington,
and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of May, 1947.

Declaring a Portion of Railway Land at Cronadun to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the
land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject
to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 7·5 perches.
Part Railway land in Proclamation 88, now described as Section 9,
Block VI, Reefton Survey District.

Situated in the County of Inangahua. (S.O. 9496.)

In the Nelson Land District ; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked L.O. 8797, deposited in the office
of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured
orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of May, 1947.

Declaring Land acquired for a Government Work, and not required
for that Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928,
I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land :
25·5 perches.
Being part Allotment 1, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland (City of
Auckland).

Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District (Auckland R.D.).
(S.O. 34437.)

In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125267,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of May, 1947.
