A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act,
1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land :
34·3 perches.
Being Lot 427, D.P. 17735, being part Allotment 13, Section 12,
Suburbs of Auckland (Borough of Onehunga).

Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District (Auckland R.D.).
