THE western side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, Borough of Upper Hutt, known as Ebdentown Road, fronting part closed street adjoining parts Section 121, Hutt District, and parts Lots 13, 15, 17, and 19 on the plan attached to Deed of Grant registered as No. 23830 in the Deeds Registry Office at Wellington. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124930, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 23rd day of April, 1947
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Inangahua County Council on the twenty-sixth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, viz.:
“ The Inangahua County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Inangahua, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the eastern side of the portion of road adjoining Sections 202 and 214, Square 131, Nelson Land District ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of unnamed road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE
THE eastern side of all that portion of unnamed road situated in the Nelson Land District, County of Inangahua, fronting Sections 202 and 214, Square 131, Block XIV, Reefton Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124810, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 23rd day of April, 1947

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Nelson City Council on the thirty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, viz.:
“ That the Nelson City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Nelson, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply—firstly, to the eastern side of Jenner Road, and, secondly, to the north-eastern side of the portion of Tukuka Street adjoining part Section 5, Block E, Wakatu, being part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 44, folio 218 (Nelson Registry) ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of Jenner Road or the north-eastern side of the portion of Tukuka Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE
THE eastern side of all that street situated in the Nelson Land District, City of Nelson, known as Jenner Road, fronting parts Sections 5 and 8, Block E, District of Wakatu.
Also the north-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the said land district and city known as Tukuka Street, fronting part Section 5, Block E, District of Wakatu.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124530, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
