E. Bowers, Bowerco Products, 80 Manners Street, Wellington, has applied for an extension of his existing license to permit the manufacture of slippers by the machine-sewn process.
Radio-manufacturing Industry
D. Fleming, Mangatawhiri Valley, via Pokeno, has applied for a license to manufacture radio receiving-sets.
Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit
Wangaehu Co-operative Dairy Co., Ltd., Wangaehu, has applied for a license to resell motor-spirit through a portable pump and otherwise than through a pump from stocks to be kept on a depot established at dairy factory premises, Wangaehu.
S. W. Moult, Paraparaumu, has applied for a license to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises adjoining the post-office at Paraparaumu.
W. R. R. Cruickshank and S. Ward (N.Z.), Ltd., Leven Street, Invercargill, has applied for a license to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on premises at Leven Street, Invercargill.
Waimiha Timber Co., Ltd., Foxton, has applied for a license to resell motor-spirit from one pump already installed at a mill in the Waipu Valley, fifteen miles from Kopaki.
Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than the 8th May, 1947, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. All communications should be addressed to the Acting Secretary, Bureau of Industry, C.P.O. Box 3025, Wellington.
