ROYAL N.Z. ARTILLERY

Captain (temp. Major) R. de la Cour relinquishes the appointment of Area Staff Officer, Area 11, Dunedin, and the temporary rank of Major. Dated 31st March, 1947.

N.Z. ARMOURED CORPS

Captain W. C. T. Foley ceases to be posted for duty to Area 6, Wanganui, is appointed Deputy Assistant Adjutant-General, Central Military District, Wellington, and is granted the temporary rank of Major whilst so employed. Dated 15th April, 1947.

N.Z. ENGINEERS

Major (temp. Lieutenant-Colonel) J. Brooke-White, M.Sc., B.E., relinquishes the appointment of Assistant Adjutant and Quartermaster-General, Central Military District, dated 14th April, 1947, is posted for duty to Army Headquarters, Wellington, and retains the temporary rank of Lieutenant-Colonel, dated 15th April, 1947.

N.Z. REGIMENT

Captain (local Lieutenant-Colonel) W. B. Thomas, D.S.O., M.C., The Hampshire Regiment, ceases to be seconded to the 2nd N.Z. Expeditionary Force, relinquishes the local paid rank of Lieutenant-Colonel, is granted the local paid rank of Major, and is seconded to the N.Z. Regiment. Dated 1st April, 1947.

Captain C. S. Wroth to be temp. Major whilst employed as General Staff Officer, 2nd Grade, Southern Military District, Christchurch. Dated 15th April, 1947.

Staff Sergeant (temp. Lieutenant and Quartermaster) V. R. Sexton relinquishes the temporary rank of Lieutenant and Quartermaster. Dated 1st April, 1947.
