SECOND SCHEDULE
DESCRIPTION OF LAND TO BE OBTAINED IN EXCHANGE THEREFOR
North Auckland Land District
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 75 perches, more or less, being portion of Lot 14 on D.P. 31832, being portion of Allotment 189, Takapuna Parish, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on Gray's Crescent, being the north-western corner of Lot 14 aforesaid; towards the north generally by Lot 13, D.P. 31832, by lines bearing 95° 45' distance 128 links, and bearing 124° 20' distance 12834 links; towards the east by Lot 16, D.P. 31832, Foreshore Reserve, by a line bearing 187° 00' distance 2046 links; towards the south generally by another portion of Lot 14 aforesaid by lines bearing 304° 20' distance 13311 links and bearing 275° 45' distance 12337 links; thence towards the west by Gray's Crescent, bearing 5° 44' distance 1818 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid measurements more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 25/656B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Waipu Survey District, North Auckland Land District

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 26th day of March, 1947

THE HON. H. G. R. MASON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for the Post and Telegraph Department:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for a public-school site:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for the Post and Telegraph Department to a reserve for a public-school site.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the County of Otamatea, situated in Block XII, Waipu Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 2-2 perches, more or less, being Lots 2 and 3 as shown on the plan numbered 32237, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, being parts of Waikino No. 2 Block, and being all of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 835, folio 190; and the residue of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 394, folio 235 (Auckland Land Registry). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/3/445B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of a reserve duly set apart for provincial government purposes:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for county buildings:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for provincial government purposes to a reserve for county buildings.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Borough of Hokitika, containing by admeasurement 218 perches, more or less, being part Reserve 725, Town of Hokitika, and portion of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 29, folio 122 (Westland Registry). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 5251B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a site for a public pound to a reserve for railway purposes.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for rifle-range purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
