A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a portion of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (Gisborne-Waikokopu Section) (1 m. to 16 m.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of March, 1947.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a hospital and shall vest in the Otago Hospital Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section six of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1945, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act, 1925, and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 1 rood 30 perches.

Being Lot 9, D.P. 13480, being parts Suburban Sections 170 and 171, Township of Palmerston North.

Situated in the City of Palmerston North. (S.O. 21503.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125034, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of March, 1947.
