hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waimea
County Council on the thirteenth day of December, one thousand
nine hundred and forty-six, viz. :

“ The Waimea County Council, being the local authority
having control of the roads in the County of Waimea, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to south-eastern side of portion of Maisey's Road
adjoining subdivision of part Section 37, Waimea West, Block I,
Waimea Survey District (Certificate of Title 64/11) ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side
of the portion of Maisey's Road (described in the Schedule hereto)
within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said
portion of road.

SCHEDULE

THE south-eastern side of all that portion of road situated in the
Nelson Land District, County of Waimea, known as Maisey's Road,
fronting part Section 37, District of Waimea West. As the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124812,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured red.

of Waimea, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the
Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-

THE HON. D. G. SULLIVAN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the
Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waimea
County Council on the eighth day of November, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-six, viz. :

“ The Waimea County Council, being the local authority
having control of the roads in the Waimea County, by resolution
declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-
eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the
south-western portion of public road fronting subdivision of
part of Section 80, Waimea South, Block XII, Wai-iti Survey
District, and contained in the Certificate of Title 65/18 ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side
of the portion of the unnamed road (described in the Schedule
hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line
of the said portion of road.

Plymouth Borough Council on the nineteenth day of November,
one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, viz. :

“ The New Plymouth Borough Council, being the local
authority having control of the streets in the Borough of New
Plymouth, by resolution declares that the provisions of section
one hundred and twenty-eight, subsection one, of the Public
Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the northern side of the
portion of Holsworthy Road adjoining part Section X, Town
Belt of New Plymouth, Certificate of Title, Volume 71, folio 122
(Taranaki Registry) ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of
the portion of Holsworthy Road (described in the Schedule hereto)
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the
said portion of street.

Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known as Holsworthy
Road, fronting part Lot 3, D.P. 2582, being part of Section X, New
Plymouth Town Belt. As the same is more particularly delineated

Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General

Christchurch City Council on the fourth day of November, one
thousand nine hundred and forty-six, viz. :

“ The Christchurch City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Christchurch, hereby
by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to those portions of the northern, southern, and south-
eastern sides of Monck's Spur Road adjoining the land contained
in Certificate of Title, Volume 325, folio 209, and Volume 367,
folio 163 ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern, southern,
or south-eastern sides of the portion of Monck's Spur Road (described
in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of forty-three feet from
the centre-line of the said portion of street.

of street in the Canterbury Land District, City of Christchurch,
known as Monck's Spur Road, adjoining part Lots 56 and 58,
D.P. 3565, part Rural Section 18430. As the same is more parti-

in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red.
