enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and
conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

  1. THIS license is subject to the Foreshore License Regulations 1940,
    and the provisions of those regulations shall, as far as applicable,
    apply hereto.

  2. The premium payable by the licensee shall be two pounds
    ten shillings (£2 10s.), and the annual sum so payable by the
    licensee shall be ten pounds (£10).

  3. The term of the license shall be five years from the 1st day
    of February, 1947.

in him by the Valuation of Land Act, 1925, His Excellency

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon him by the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby direct the sale of the land described in the
Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the public
work for which it was taken.

March, 1947

Present:

THE HON. D. G. SULLIVAN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion
of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date
of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE

ALL that portion of road in the Canterbury Land District, Ashburton
County, known as Pineview Road, commencing at its junction
with Barnswood Road and proceeding thence in a north-easterly
direction generally for a distance of 22 chains, more or less, adjoining
Lot 2, D.P. 11664, part Rural Section 28486, Blocks XV and XVI,
Shepherds Bush Survey District. As the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124884, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 19th day of
March, 1947

Present:

THE HON. D. G. SULLIVAN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the
Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Henderson
Borough Council on the seventeenth day of February, one thousand
nine hundred and forty-seven, viz. :—

“The Henderson Borough Council hereby resolves and
declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-
eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the
southern portion of Henry Street fronting Lots 54 and 55,
D.P. 1466”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of
the portion of Henry Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within
a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion
of street.

SCHEDULE

THE southern side of all that portion of street situated in the North
Auckland Land District, Borough of Henderson, known as Henry
Street, fronting Lots 54 and 55, D.P. 1466, being portion of Section 7,
Parish of Waipareira. As the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 125084, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
