Land taken for a Garage for Electric Trolley Buses and Motor-omnibuses in the Parish of Titirangi

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a garage for electric trolley buses and motor-omnibuses and shall vest in the Auckland Transport Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

5 0 24·1 Lots 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21, D.P. 23119 (Town of Edendale Extension No. 32), being part Allotment 89, Parish of Titirangi, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 851, folio 97 (Auckland Land Registry).

0 3 8 Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 23119 (Town of Edendale Extension No. 32), being part Allotment 89, Parish of Titirangi, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 843, folio 144 (Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of March, 1947.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for irrigation purposes.

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123806, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of March, 1947.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation-ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Queenstown as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4 acres 1 rood 3·8 perches.

Being part Section 5 (Borough of Queenstown).

Situated in Block XX, Shotover Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9538.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124737, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of March, 1947.
