act with the authority of such Government, or any Department thereof, and the holder of any ticket shall be deemed to have accepted it subject to any requisition by any such Government.
If any reservation is requisitioned by any such Government a full refund of the value of the ticket will be made, and thereafter the Corporation shall be under no liability whatsoever to the holder of such ticket.
(c) The Corporation shall not be liable for any claim in respect of loss or delay, to or detention, of any passenger arising out of strikes or civil commotion, or combination of workmen and others.

PART V
GENERAL BY-LAWS
-
No person shall travel or attempt to travel in any aircraft without having previously paid the proper fare or with intent to evade payment thereof.
-
No person having paid the fare for a certain distance shall, knowingly and wilfully, proceed in any aircraft beyond such distance without previously paying the additional fare for such additional distance and receiving the permission of the pilot in charge or any authorized officer to continue as a passenger of the aircraft.

No person shall enter or leave or attempt to enter or leave any aircraft until instructed to do so by the pilot or any authorized officer of the Corporation.

No person shall take or attempt to take into any aircraft any article or object prohibited by By-law No. 24.

No passenger or other unauthorized person shall at any time enter or attempt to enter the cockpit or control cabin of any aircraft or interfere with or use or operate any of the controls, equipment, or appliances of any aircraft other than those appliances especially provided for the use and operation of passengers as such.

All passengers, visitors, and other persons shall comply immediately with all orders in any way relating to its aircraft given by the pilot in charge or any authorized officer.

No passenger shall open or attempt to open the cabin doors of any aircraft at any time.

No passenger shall throw or attempt to throw anything out of any aircraft after emplaning during flight or prior to deplaning.

No passenger, visitor, or other person, whether a servant of the Corporation or not, shall smoke or light any match in any aircraft or within fifty (50) feet of any aircraft or attempt to do so unless expressly authorized so to do by the pilot in charge of any aircraft or by an authorized officer of the Corporation, but this by-law shall not apply to any building on any airport or compartment in an aircraft in which appears a statement under the authority of the Corporation that smoking is permitted therein.

No person shall place his foot or feet upon any seat or part of a seat in any aircraft.

No person shall break, destroy, mar, or interfere with any fitting or any part of the equipment of any aircraft of the Corporation or any other property of the Corporation, nor attempt to do so.

No person shall make use of insulting or abusive language to any servant of the Corporation while in the execution of his duty, or make use of indecent, insulting, or blasphemous language on any part of the Corporation’s premises or in any aircraft.

No person shall commit any nuisance or gamble on any part of the premises of the Corporation or in any aircraft, or do any act therein which shall unlawfully interfere with the comfort of any passenger.

No unauthorized person shall enter or attempt to enter any of the Corporation’s hangars, or enter or attempt to enter any of the Corporation’s other premises other than booking-offices and waiting-rooms provided for use of passengers.

No servant of the Corporation shall receive any gratuity on pain of dismissal, and no person shall give or offer a gratuity to any such servant.
Penalties
- In addition to and not in substitution for any forfeiture, liability, or other consequence which may be incurred by any person in terms of these by-laws, if any person fails or refuses or neglects to do anything required by these by-laws to be done, observed, or performed, or in any manner obstructs, impedes, or interferes with the doing of anything enjoined or required or authorized to be done, or wilfully does anything prohibited by these by-laws, every such person in each and every case so offending shall be liable on summary conviction to a penalty not exceeding twenty pounds (£20).

Notice of Intention to take Land in the Borough of Tauranga for Public Buildings of the General Government
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of public buildings of the General Government—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Tauranga and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land required to be taken:—

0 0 11·7 Part Lot 2, D.P. 16955; coloured red.
0 1 32·5 Part Lot 3, D.P. 16955; edged red.
All being portions of Block 29 of the Church Mission Reserve, Section 2, Town of Tauranga (Borough of Tauranga).
Situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125171, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
