A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 5·2 perches. Being part Section 515, Town of Wellington.
