THE HON. D. G. SULLIVAN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
John Nobilo,
Reginald Walter Underwood,
William James Ward,
George Edward Wharfe, and
Edwin Stanley Yates
to be the Mainene Domain Board, having control of the land described
in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the
thirteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six,
at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Mainene Domain Hall
as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
on him by section twenty-five of the Naval Defence Act, 1913,
and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf,
His Excellency the Governor-General, with the advice of the
Executive Council, doth hereby amend and supplement the
regulations referred to in the Schedule hereto as shown therein.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by
the Milk Act, 1944, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
doth hereby order and declare as follows:—

This Order may be cited as the Mount Maunganui Milk
District Constitution Order 1946. -
The Borough of Mount Maunganui is hereby constituted
and declared a milk district under the Milk Act, 1944, as from
the fifteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-six, with the name of the “Mount Maunganui Milk District.” -
The Milk Authority of the said milk district shall be the
Mount Maunganui Borough Council.
